K RITT jewelry is based on designer & artist Kim Rittberg’s studies in art and her travels to over 30 countries, including a yearlong journey through Cambodia, Thailand, Australia, and Spain. A student of Fine Art, Art History and Jewelry Design at institutions including the University of Pennsylvania and F.I.T., Rittberg applies fine art principles of composition and positive and negative space to create unique geometric and architecturally-inspired jewelry. Rittberg also uses mixed media in her jewelry and her art practice. Her connection to textiles and design runs generations deep, with her grandfather owning a lace business in the garment district of New York City and Kim’s early memories of running her little hands across spools of fabric. Kim’s paternal grandmother was a seamstress and avid needleworker in Europe and Israel.

Rittberg believes jewelry is art, and the human body is the canvas.
Each piece of K RITT jewelry is made by hand based on Rittberg’s unique, original designs using the finest materials.

K RITT jewelry has been sold in high-end boutiques and art institutions including Bloomingdale’s, Henri Bendel, The Museum at Guild Hall in East Hampton, The Heckscher Museum of Art and more. It has been called 1 of 8 “brands to watch” by Women’s Wear Daily. It has been worn by Heidi Klum, Kristin Chenoweth, Zosia Mamet and featured in Daily Candy, New York Magazine, Accessories Magazine, Newsday, and TV’s e! News, Inside Edition, Fox, the CW and many, many more.
